Job description:
The candidate will be responsible for managing customer service projects for our global clients. Roles and responsibilities include:
Conduct quality audits on E-mails, and Chats
Document audits, identify problem areas, prepare quality reports
Train people to fill gaps identified in the audits
This role is individual contributor role
Required Candidate profile
The Applicant must have excellent understanding of customer service environment
Have Excellent communication skills
Experience in Quality Audits, preferably in an International BPO environment
Eye for details
Excellent English
