They work with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and cost-effective purchasing. Key Responsibilities:

Identify procurement needs:Understand the company's requirements and forecast future needs.
Evaluate suppliers:Research and select reliable suppliers, considering factors like price, quality, and delivery capabilities.
Negotiate contracts:Negotiate terms with suppliers to secure favorable prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms.
Process purchase orders:Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Monitor inventory:Track inventory levels, reorder supplies as needed, and ensure adequate stock to meet demand.
Track orders:Monitor the status of orders and deliveries, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
Maintain relationships:Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Resolve issues:Address any discrepancies or issues with orders and deliveries, ensuring timely resolution.
Analyze market trends:Research market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Maintain records:Keep accurate records of purchasing activities and maintain accurate documentation.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
