Job Summary:
Coordinate the execution of the Public Health Program to ensure our private destinations meet the highest standards of food safety and sanitation.
Oversight of all initiatives related to food safety and sanitation, including audits of cleaning and sanitation procedures, training programs for FB employees, and support for the Outbreak Prevention Plan (OPP).
Maintain a deep understanding of international and national sanitation regulations to ensure compliance.
Lead and follow new project implementations, compliance, and operational procedures to ensure the ultimate guest experience.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the Public Health Program is executed effectively to meet the highest standards of food safety and sanitation.
Support the development and implementation of new projects related to food safety and sanitation.
Conduct regular audits of cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with company and international standards.
Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for FB employees to maintain their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Hospitality Management or Environmental Health.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of international and national sanitation regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
