Kinetic Construction Ltd. has an opportunity within our Vancouver branch for Proposal Coordinator to:

Support daily development of proposal submissions, including writing content and graphic design.
Develop and coordinate responses to RFPs and RFQs, compiling and drafting necessary content.
Ensure all proposal materials are clear, consistent, and error-free.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to review and finalize proposals for timely submission.
Maintain and update the proposal database.
The wage band for this position is $57,+35 - $86,+03 and is based on relevant skills and experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, Business, or a related field (preferred).
1–2 years of experience in a proposal or marketing coordination role.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop.
Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills.
Knowledge skills and abilities

Effective communicator and team collaborator with strong relationship-building skills
Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Clear and professional written and verbal communication
Working knowledge of proposal development structure and content
Familiarity with coordinating timelines and resources using basic project management principles
Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical teams and leadership to gather input
Strong attention to detail for reviewing and editing content for clarity and compliance
