This is a senior legal role within a Client Services team, supporting one of the largest property groups in the world.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Lawyer with a strong background in Property Law to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various business-related contracts, including tenant documents, service agreements, lease agreements, and vendor contracts;
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts to ensure compliance with corporate, employment, and other applicable laws;
• Providing legal advisory services through research into business operations and new laws;
• Coordinating with external lawyers on ongoing litigation and arbitration cases;
• Conducting due diligence on properties, involving land records;
• Partnering with internal departments to improve the contract drafting and negotiation process.
Key Responsibilities:
• The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in a law firm or real estate industry;
• Excellent knowledge of property laws and regulations;
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
