Who we need

Reporting to the Director, Program Services, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for facilitating the successful delivery of medium- to large-scale projects to external clients. You will go beyond the planning and management of the projects to understand their purpose, business needs, and impact. You will thrive in a cross-functional, collaborative environment and represent the project team in internal and external meetings.

This hybrid role requires work in-office 2-3 days per week.

How you will make an impact:

Lead. You will manage projects with our external stakeholders from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope and budget. You will identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle. You will communicate project status, updates, and any changes to stakeholders and senior management.
Collaborate. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives, including product managers, developers, designers, and client success. You will guide the work of the project team to ensure deliverables are met on time, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Track. You will develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones and track progress against these plans. You will maintain all project documentation, ensuring it is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
What you bring:

The project management expertise. You have proven successful experience as a Project Manager, leading teams to deliver complex, cross-functional projects from end to end, ideally in the healthcare sector. Ideally, you have implemented or been part of an EMR implementation previously. Bonus points if you have your PMP designation.

The technical skills. You have experience following different software project methodologies, i.e., Agile, Scrum). You are proficient with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
