Project Accountant:
Job description
The Project Accountant will assist Project Managers and Management with the billing and costing of contracts. Scope of this position includes the following:
• Track time and tonnages for TM Invoices; Assemble work summaries
• Create, Issue and Follow up on Invoices
• Track internal and external costs for projects
• Track supplier invoices and compare to bids; Provide reports as necessary
Qualifications:
• Meticulous
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent Microsoft Excel, Office and Software Skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and high level attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Accounting/Bookkeeping background recommended
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
