Key Responsibilities

Providing comprehensive care and support to clients, including personal care, medication management, and household tasks.
Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery.
Conducting thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized care plans.
Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues to the relevant authorities.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
A minimum of 6 months paid work experience within Aged Care or Disability.
A Certificate III in Aged Care, Certificate III in Individual Support, or equivalent qualification.
Current First Aid and CPR certification.
NDIS Workers Screening clearance.
Up-to-date Influenza vaccination.
Current COVID-1+ Vaccination.
A Visa Grant Notice including work rights (if applicable).

Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Please note that salaries may vary based on individual circumstances.
