To support our continual growth, we have an excellent opportunity for experienced Production Technicians to join our team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Glasgow.
The full-time permanent position is on a standard dayshift pattern, Monday to Friday, and offers a competitive salary and pension scheme. We also provide training and career development opportunities to support company growth.
Key Responsibilities
Hand soldering and wire preparation according to IPC standards.
Assembling and testing precision electrical and mechanical components.
Working from technical drawings, manufacturing instructions, and SOPs.
Performing final assembly of underwater transducers to meet specified design/product requirements, ensuring key process requirements (quality, throughput, mechanical/electrical tolerances, etc.) are achieved.
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Ensuring compliance with all standard operating procedures and completing product-specific documentation in accordance with ISO +001 standards.
Requirements
Experience in production assembly techniques, with the ability to follow technical instructions.
A responsible and consistent work ethic.
A good understanding of Health Safety at work.
Great attention to detail.
