• Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and budgets.
•Monitor production processes to identify potential issues or deviations from standard
operating procedures (SOPs).
• Manage and maintain accurate documentation, including batch manufacturing records
(BMRs), packaging records, SOPs, and other relevant documents.
• Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of pharmaceutical production equipment
