A Day in Your Shoes

Each shift as a Production Line Mechanic means blending your love for machines with our quest to create undeniable bread perfection. Diagnosing, repairing, and optimizing is what you do best, ensuring our products roll out seamlessly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
• Inspect and maintain production systems, preventing and solving mechanical, electrical, and automated issues.
• Collaborate effortlessly with teams for smooth equipment setups and workflow transformations.
• Initiate and support Kaizen events for continuous improvements.
• Solve technical riddles with gears, pumps, motors, and VFDs.

What You’ll Need
• Past experience of 2+ years in maintenance within industrial landscapes.
• Proven expertise in troubleshooting and repairs (Mechanical, Electrical, PLC-driven systems).
• Educational background: a high school diploma at minimum; additional certifications preferred.
• Proficiency in English, and an added benefit if you speak Spanish!

Schedule Openings: Dive into our night-time rotations Sunday to Thursday (10pm to 7am) with a sprinkle of weekend stints.

Areas of Proficiency
• PLC expertise, especially with Siemens and Allen Bradley systems.
• Mechanical Electrical troubleshooting in diverse industrial setups.
