Responsibilities: Supporting Software Products
The job requires supporting software products for international customers in the US, UK, and Australia, who are native English speakers.Engage proactively with customers using the engagement model based on the model laid out by the company.Effectively communicate all products and their benefits to customer inquiries.Ability to showcase product solutions with the best product fit. Understand how eCommerce businesses workWork with internal cross-functional teams (product, marketing, etc) to ensure customers' issues/solutions are addressed effectivelyUnderstand the typical persona of customers from different countries.Create tools and documents that help customers to use our products effectively.Own two key metrics (Increase resolution rate Customer Retention)Use customer engagement tools like (Freshdesk, Intercom, etc) (Training will be provided to get familiar with the tools)
Requirements:
Strong written and verbal skills in the English language - you should be able to speak and write in English fluentlyThe ideal candidate must be a graduate with English as Primary LanguageVery Strong written and verbal /communication skills (ESSENTIAL)Self-starter who can own ongoing product support programsAbility to report and share status on a timely / pre-defined intervalFlair communicates with customers proactively
Fresher candidates with excellent communication skills and who wish to start their career in a product/ technical domain are eligible for this position
Experience: 0 to 3yrs.
Job Location: Coimbatore (Work from office)

Salary: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
