Working from office do work on alternate saturdays as per Banking standard.

Experience - 2 To 5 Yrs

Qualification - Graduate

Desired - MBA / CA

2 to 5 years of which a major portion should preferably be in Cash Management related work.

Clear understanding of CMS products, processes and compliance norms etc.

High sales orientation/ relationship skills.

Ability to manage and get things done.

Good communication skills.

Job Summary

CMS Solution Offering to our esteem Clients [New to bank and Existing as the case may be] across different business units in close corodination with the Asset Relationship namely SME ; Retail Mortages; Corporate Banking and Construction Finance and Branch Banking teams -----( Retal Branches / Emerging Markets and AIB Branches).

Detailed Responsibilities
• Selling of Cash Management Solution offering , Business Internet Banking and Liability products or any other Bank Product as assigned by the Bank.
• Acquisition of new to bank customers and servicing existing customers in close cordination with internal stakeholders.
• Generate business growth in line with goals set/defined across products for the assessment period.
• Retainiting and servicing the assigned portfolio base as of last FY ending.
• Maintain active Sales pipe-line and ensure increased wallet share across various business functional units of the Bank.

• Coordination with internal staff / departments especially operations department for ensuring adherence to laid down processes, KYC guidelines of the bank and other regulatory guidelines.
• Ensure new client acquisition as per budget for each of the products and target client segments..
• Provide market intelligence and track latest developments in the product.
• Ensuring that all customer requirements are met by closely coordinating with the relevant operations teams viz. CMS back-office, branches, a/c opening team and branches etc.
• Adhering to sales reporting ; Timely submission of reports; weekly and daily sales report.
• Any other responsibility assigned from time to time.
