Product Developer, Lead-C#, .NET

Duties Responsibilities Mastery of senior-level duties and responsibilities. Expert in writing code, refactoring, and testing new and existing applications and framework components. Actively drive and participate in designing and reviewing core functionality, ensuring alignment with best practices. Drive and participate in code reviews, pair programming, and code analysis. Work with their team to recommend solutions under accepted testing frameworks and the testing pyramid. Create and provide estimates of work, ensuring the timely and quality delivery of projects. Proactively improve coding standards and provide recommendations for enhancements. Provide mentoring and guidance to junior developers. Knowledge, Skills Abilities Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages and development tools-C#, .NET. Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to mentor and lead a team to meet project deadlines. Customer-centric orientation and strong customer service skills. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management concepts. Qualifications 8+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success in C#, .NET development. 3+ years of specialized/industry experience. Good to have distribution domain experience.
