Staff development, and supporting the Plant Process Managers with performance
Providing on-boarding and on-going training of department staff
Maintaining records and reporting for training programmes
Ensuring Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and related documentation remains up to date
Anticipating potential risks and developing mitigation plans as required
Assisting with plant process problem solving and improvement projects
Ensuring strong relationships are built and maintained both internally and externally

Ideal applicants will possess:-

Experience in (and a passion for) training, coaching, and developing others
Experience in the development of SOP's and training documentation
Exposure to training, development and document control systems
Experience in fault finding and coaching
Exceptional communication, relationship management and influencing skills
Knowledge of dairy manufacturing and manufacturing principles is preferred (or the desire and ability to learn these quickly)
Flexibility to occasionally accommodate the training needs of various shifts e.g. working with rosters days/nights (outside normal working hours) when required.

You will thrive in a busy workplace and be adaptable to change. Strong communication skills together with a passion for developing people is essential. The ability to relate to a wide range of people and personalities will be the key to your success in this role.
