Process Lead

• Bachelor's degree in: Commerce or Finance / Accounting
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in P2P
• Ensure to adherence of SOX and internal controls and to the process landscape.
• Prior hands-on experience on ERP (Oracle) preferred.
• Expert in excel and presentation skills.
• Minimum 3 years of people management experience.
• Relevant understanding and experience of Quality management.
• Interpersonal skills and Positive attitude.
• Commitment to quality work.
• Able to manage client queries and reporting
• Good communication (Verbal Written)
• Assist in establishing and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with internal and external customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Back up planning, employee performance rating, development planning
• Contribute towards the ideas and action towards the continuous improvement of process.
