About the Job
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and analyzing project opportunities in existing processes where Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methodologies can be applied. This includes executing and supervising LSS projects, ensuring that they are completed efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and prior experience in leading projects. They should also possess a working knowledge of MS Office and be flexible with work timings. Experience in BPO or shared services is highly desirable.
Responsibilities and Expectations
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Identifying GB project opportunities in existing processes
- Running requirements gathering workshops with internal and external customers
- Analyzing and capturing requirements
- Detailing requirements
- Applying various LSS tools on GB qualified and approved projects to achieve desired efficiency gains and increased customer happiness
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in MBA or B-Tech or any other field with an analytical background
- Prior experience in BPO or shared services
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently
