Key Responsibilities
• Deliver day-to-day business process operations and monitor overall performance and delivery of processes within set teams.
• Ensure delivery against all KPIs and SLAs, uplift team skills and capabilities, and drive a culture of continuous improvement and personal development alongside service delivery to customers, clients, and stakeholders.
Requirements
• 'Can do' attitude and solution-focused approach.
• At least 4 years prior experience in Real Estate, Insurance, Food Industry, and Order Management considered.
• Proficient in IT systems including Microsoft Office and comfortable with CRM packages.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
