Private Credit Financial Analyst
Opportunity in Private Credit
Work with a leading global fund to support the credit business team in preparation and maintenance of financial models for all issuers and potential transactions.
• Build financial forecasts for all relevant names using the Common Lens Framework.
• Prepare pitch decks and pre-meeting materials on potential clients, including overview of the company, capital structure, historical financials and business strategy.
• Assist analysts in the preparation of credit approval memoranda and PowerPoint presentations, both for new credits and periodic credit reviews.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 2+ years' experience analyzing corporate financial statements, as well as bond and equity offering documents.
• Strong excel skills in building spreadsheets detailing historical financial performance.
• Strong power point skills in supporting production of presentations.
