Principal Ranger
We're looking for individuals who are passionate about achieving landscape conservation outcomes, with strong collaborative land management skills. Your planning skills will be key in juggling and satisfying competing priorities, while your ability to motivate, innovate and influence your team will be the key to achieving outcomes in a busy and changing environment. To be successful in the role, you will also have:
· Ability to develop operational plans and achievement evaluation programs while applying business compliant adaptive responses to emerging issues.· Strong communications skills and the ability to coordinate and facilitate collaborations across of diverse stakeholder groups and competing interests.· Ability to build sustainable relationships with key stakeholders, particularly First Nation communities, for productive outcomes and continual improvement.· Strong problem solving and resolution skills, to address barriers and motivate individual and teams to achieve planned objectives.· High level writing and data presentation skills, to ensure comprehensive understanding of program and progress.· IT systems management skills to support planning and reporting outcomes.
