Full job description
As the Principal Adviser, Recruitment, you'll oversee the entire hiring process, from sourcing and screening candidates to leading state-wide interview panels and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. You'll develop recruitment frameworks and strategies, helping streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Working in collaboration with our media team and your AO5 Talent Attraction Specialist, you'll create compelling marketing materials to engage prospective candidates and promote careers in Mental Health and Disability Services. You'll also liaise with universities and other providers to nurture the next generation of professionals.
Beyond recruitment, you'll ensure compliance with best practices, overseeing reporting while continuously improving hiring strategies. This role also offers the chance to mentor, coach, and lead recruitment efforts, supporting both direct and indirect reports to ensure excellence in hiring.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Extensive experience in recruitment, ideally within healthcare, disability services, or clinical settings. This is not critical
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to foster relationships across government agencies, universities, and industry partners.
Expertise in developing recruitment strategies, marketing materials, and workforce analytics.
