Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Preschool Teacher located in Greater Noida. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for creating and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans, evaluating student progress and adjusting their teaching accordingly, and maintaining a safe and nurturing classroom environment. The Preschool Teacher will also collaborate with parents and other teachers to support student learning and development.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Experience teaching preschool-aged children
• Excellent knowledge of child development principles and practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with parents, colleagues, and administration
• Ability to create a safe and nurturing classroom environment that supports social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Experience using developmentally appropriate and evidence-based teaching practices
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of all learners, including those with learning differences
