Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Presales Consultant to join our team in Jaipur. You will play a crucial role in supporting the sales process by delivering impactful pre-sales presentations, customer demos, and requirement-based solutioning for ServiceNow offerings. This role bridges the gap between business development and technical consulting to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct pre-sales presentations to prospects and clients, showcasing ServiceNow solutions and capabilities.
• Deliver engaging product demos tailored to client needs and business challenges.
• Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to help pitch tailored solutions to prospective clients.
• Understand customer requirements and translate them into feasible technical and business solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
• Support new business development initiatives by identifying potential clients, preparing proposals, and contributing to RFPs and RFIs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams to ensure alignment on proposed solutions.
Key Requirements
• MBA or PGDM from a recognized B-School is mandatory.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or business analysis in a B2B tech/SaaS environment (preferably ServiceNow or ITSM solutions).
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its modules is a plus.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable with travel within the region for client meetings and presentations.
