About the Positions
The Practice Partners are part of the Preschool Attendance Boosting (PreBoost) Project, funded through the NSW Department of Education under the Preschool Reform Agreement (PRA). This groundbreaking initiative aims to develop effective strategies to increase preschool attendance among priority cohorts.
As a Practice Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in empowering early childhood education and care (ECEC) services to create pathways into preschool for these priority groups. With four roles available across the project’s four LGAs, this is your opportunity to drive meaningful change at a local level. Positions range between 2 to 4 days per week and are fixed-term appointments from February to November 2025.
Key responsibilities include facilitating evidence-informed professional development, providing feedback to build capacity through coaching and mentoring, supporting data collection, documenting activities, and assisting services with grant applications to ensure accountability and compliance. This position plays a critical role in empowering ECEC services to implement effective strategies and achieve project goals.
