Job Description:-
• 3 + years of BI software administration experience
• Experience with Business Intelligence tool - PowerBI Administration, including
• Installing and testing software patches
• Testing of database patches and hardware upgrades
• Developing KPIs such as cost, availability, utilization of applications
• Support ticket investigation and resolution
• Security and user access administration
• Experience coordinating with infrastructure teams such as network, DBA, and SAP Basis teams
• Administration experience with at least two reporting tools such as Tableau, SAP BO
• Demonstrated ability to work with virtual teams across the globe.
