Job Role: PostgreSQL Administrator

This is a challenging role that requires experience in managing and maintaining large-scale PostgreSQL databases. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of PostgreSQL instances.

About the Role
• PostgreSQL Database Administration (DBA) with 5-+ years of experience
• Strong technical skills in performance tuning, query optimization, and database indexing
• Experience with replication, clustering, and high availability setups
• Expertise in PostgreSQL internals, including transaction management and query optimization
• Proficient in writing and troubleshooting SQL queries

Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain large-scale PostgreSQL databases
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot PostgreSQL instances
• Perform performance tuning, query optimization, and database indexing
• Implement replication, clustering, and high availability setups
• Develop and implement disaster recovery strategies

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5-+ years of experience as a PostgreSQL DBA
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL internals
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
