Postal Services Officer | Customer Service Officer

Qualifications Experience
Previous experience in Retail, Post Office, Bank, or Online business is an advantage, but not essential
Experience driving a van is a bonus; you may need to collect mail from business clients (not mandatory)
Physically fit and able to lift up to 16kg
Tasks Responsibilities
Performing customer sales and service transactions
Accurately managing cash handling, including cash, cheques, and EFTPOS transactions
Promoting products through up-selling, cross-selling, and merchandising
Accepting mail lodgements and ensuring accurate charges are applied
Building strong relationships with business customers by understanding their needs
Assisting with stocktaking, record maintenance, and other administrative duties
Conducting identity service transactions, including Australian Passport interviews
Adhering to Australia Post’s Occupational Health and Safety standards
Hours
Minimum 20 hours per week, between 6:30am - 5:30pm
