Pool Technician
We’re a fast-growing pool service company in the Houston area and are adding new clients every week.
We’re looking for an experienced Part-Time Pool Technician to join our team and help us care for our clients’ pools.
This is a 1099 contract position perfect for someone with pool service experience who has their own truck, can handle 10–15 pools a week (to start), and is looking for a flexible schedule.
About the Role:
You’ll service a set route of residential pools each week, keeping them clean, chemically balanced, and running smoothly. You’ll also perform filter cleans as needed. This is a great fit for someone who wants steady work, independence, and the potential for more pools as we grow.
What You’ll Do:
Perform routine pool maintenance: skimming, brushing, vacuuming, and water chemistry testing/balancing.
Inspect pool equipment for proper operation.
Perform DE and cartridge filter cleans.
Communicate with the office and clients about service, repairs, and scheduling.
Keep accurate service records for each pool.
What We’re Looking For:
At least 1 year of professional pool service experience (including filter cleans).
Your own truck (required).
Ability to work independently and manage your own route.
Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
Reliable, professional, and consistent.
Schedule Pay:
Flexible schedule as long as pools are completed each week.
10–15 pools per week to start, with the potential for more.
Competitive pay per pool serviced and per filter clean.
1099 contractor position.
