Proficient in inspection of rough and finish HVAC, plumbing installation including pumps, piping, ducts, equipment, controls, vaults and associated works both in building construction and underground piping
Knowledge and experience with inspection of fire sprinkler systems also required for this position
Experience with review and approval of monthly progress payment as-built drawings from contractor required
Possible overtime during week and weekends may also be required
Ability to write clear and effective reports and is capable of working with Microsoft Office and other computer software and applications including Prolog VEO

Mechanical/Plumbing/Fire Sprinkler Inspector:
• Proficient in inspection of rough and finish HVAC, plumbing installation including pumps, piping, ducts, equipment, controls, vaults and associated works both in building construction and underground piping.
• Knowledge and experience with inspection of fire sprinkler systems also required for this position.
