Job description
Permanent - Full Time - 40 Hours Per Week.

We are looking to recruit seven Plumbers to join our team in Westminster W+ 2AR.

About The Role

Working to deliver the best quality service, youll carry out repairs to void properties, demonstrating your competence to multi-skill outside your core trade, to include minor plumbing works, building work, possible ground works and drainage related works.

Youll receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training), working efficiently and safety in line with best practise to achieve excellent customer experience.

About You

Previous experience within a similar role, youll have the ability to work in all weather, operating small hand tools and will be able to follow written and verbal instructions. Having excellent working H S knowledge.

Essential Qualifications Required

CG Craft or Level 2 in relevant trade or equivalent or working towards,

CSCS Card - Blue or working towards

You must hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only).

The role offers the opportunity for paid out of hours callouts.

Plumber / Heating Engineer (Mechanical Craftsperson) – Suffolk

Norfolk Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust (NSFT) are looking for a skilled Plumber/Heating Engineer to join our existing multi-disciplinary professional maintenance team in providing a safe environment for all service users, staff and visitors across our Suffolk sites being based at Hospital Road Bury St Edmunds IP33 3NR

The ideal candidate would be a Gas Safe Registered engineer, however this is not essential as we will support and provide relevant training for the right person.

The work relates to both domestic and specialist commercial aspects of plumbing, hot and cold water systems, ventilation heating systems and natural gas systems.

The successful candidate would be flexible, enthusiastic, self-motivated and confident in being part of a team that provides a comprehensive maintenance service in a unique and varied environment.

Duties Responsibilities Associated With This Role
• To provide a comprehensive service to include all aspects of planned and routine maintenance and servicing
• To repair and maintain a wide range of mechanical services and equipment on site
• Ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with the requirements of Health and Safety and other relevant legislation
• Fault finding and diagnosis
• Routine inspections to ensure our estate is safe and fully compliant
• Be prepared to participate as a member of the On-Call Team providing an emergency out of hours service on a rotational basis
