Plumber
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced plumber to join our team. The plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.
Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals.
Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.
Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
Lay out, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
Read blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal, and water supply systems.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing codes and regulations.
Troubleshoot and repair issues related to plumbing systems, including identifying leaks, clogs, and other plumbing problems.
Provide cost estimates and timeframes for installations and repairs.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; plumbing certification or license required.
Proven experience as a plumber.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and equipment.
Proficient in using plumbing tools and equipment.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Physical stamina and dexterity.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
