Qualification BE/B. Tech
Experience - 10 to 15 years as Plant Manager in Any Steel Plant .
Position -Plant Manager
Company - Highly reputed Stainless Steel Manufacturing Company.
Note - Candidate from Steel manufacturing background should only apply .
This position holder is mainly responsible for managing production plant floor and coordinating all other production workflow related departments like casting, buffing, electroplating, assembly etc.
Job Responsibilities
Investigate work in progress problems and resolve them timely.
Recommend and implement process improvement methods.
Establish production/ process and quality standards and lay down measures to achieve and exceed them.
Train line emloyees whereever required.
Coordinating the production department with other departments like dipatch, store keeping, etc.
Reduce or eliminate people- related barriers to productivity through conflict resolution, issues management and training/ development of area personnel.
Take charge of plant safety, environment and ISO compliance.
Manage budgets set by the management and strive for cost cutting.
