Duties

Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences.
Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored, adhering to food safety standards.
Assist in meal preparation for other menu items as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
Follow food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage orders efficiently during peak hours.
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management.
Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
Requirements

Proven experience as a cook in the food service industry, preferably in a restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual responsibilities.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
