Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential business banking clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold calling
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and risk assessment of potential clients to determine their creditworthiness and eligibility for business loans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing business banking clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as credit and operations, to ensure timely and efficient processing of loan applications and disbursements
- Stay updated on market trends and competition in the business banking sector to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the business banking portfolio
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business banking, sales, or a related field
- Strong understanding of financial products and services, particularly in the business lending space
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of local market and competition in the business banking sector
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
