Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the diverse needs of students.
Create a supportive learning environment where children are championed and engaged.
Assess student progress through regular evaluation and feedback.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and share resources.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance and behaviour.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and best practices.
Experience

Previous experience in a teaching role is highly desirable but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
Grade 8 or equivalent experience in your subject.
A commitment to continuous professional development and improvement in teaching methodologies.
