We provide high-quality, engaging music tuition to students of all ages, from complete beginners to advanced performers, across Worcestershire. Due to growing demand, we are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Piano and/or Singing Teacher to join our friendly team.
Responsibilities
About the Role:
Teach individual and/or small group lessons to children and adults.
Prepare students for graded exams (ABRSM, RSL, or similar) as well as performances and competitions.
Deliver engaging, inspiring, and structured lessons tailored to each student’s goals.
Work collaboratively with LP Music Tuition to uphold our reputation for high standards and a 100% exam pass rate.
Maintain a positive and encouraging learning atmosphere that fosters creativity and self-expression.
Communicate effectively with students and their families regarding progress and any areas for improvement.
Stay updated on current teaching methods and music trends to enhance the learning experience.
Experience
A minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience, ideally including exam preparation.
A degree in Music Education, Performance, or a related field is preferred.
Grade 8 (or equivalent) in Piano and/or Voice is essential.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage students of different ages.
Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for teaching music are essential qualities for this role.
An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
