Are you interested in raising the bar of the physiotherapy profession and not having to worry about billables?

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Physiotherapists to join our onsite services team in Adelaide.
Over the past 24 years, Biosymm has evolved into a quality leading occupational health and physiotherapy consultancy, growing alongside our valued client list that continues to expand.

Hybrid Occupational and Work from home Physiotherapist Role – Adelaide (Monday – Friday)

The role is based onsite with our corporate clients in Adelaide. The role is suited to any Physiotherapists wanting a little less "hands-on" stress in their life but keen to keep their clinical problem-solving hat on and develop their Occupational Physiotherapy skills. You will also have the ability to work from home when not onsite with our corporate clients.

Experience in Occupational Physiotherapy is not a pre-requisite, as we will provide you with all the appropriate training to upskilling required. You will also be able to access ongoing fortnightly training and join our structured clinical PD program within Biosymm.

Services provided are as follows, but not limited to: onsite physiotherapy, injury management, pre-employment medicals, telehealth physiotherapy, risk assessment, office ergonomics and training services.

What you need:

Qualification in Physiotherapy and registration with AHPRA
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong active listening skills and emotional intelligence
Willingness to add and develop a positive work culture
Demonstrate initiative and willing to be innovative

Monthly PD sessions with external providers, as well as internal occupational physiotherapy training. You will be paid for your time to attend these sessions
