About the role

We're looking for an experienced Photography Studio Manager to join our growing team at Westend Photography Studio in Werribee, VIC. This part-time role will see you managing the day-to-day operations of our busy photography studio, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing the running of the photography studio, including equipment maintenance, inventory management, and client bookings
Providing exceptional customer service to clients, guiding them through the photography process and ensuring their needs are met
Collaborating with the photography team to coordinate studio schedules and allocate resources effectively
Handling administrative tasks such as invoicing, reporting, and responding to client inquiries
Participating in the development and implementation of studio policies and procedures
Supporting the growth and expansion of the photography business
What we're looking for

Several years of experience in a photography studio management or similar role
Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and the photography team
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
Proficiency in using photography studio equipment and software
A passion for the photography industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
