Role Description
This full-time on-site position is for an Inside Sales Specialist (freshers) located in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating new business for the organization by managing leads and developing new sales strategies to maximize sales. He/She will work closely with the Inside Sales team and will report to the Inside Sales Manager.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals
• Expertise in lead generation and qualification, lead nurturing, and appointment setting
• Experience with sales force automation tools like Salesforce or similar tools is a plus
