Pharmacy Store Manager
Job description
• Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations, including managing workflows, staffing, and ensuring smooth functioning of pharmacy activities.
• Implement and enforce pharmacy policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support personnel.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide training and development opportunities, and address staffing issues.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing patient inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Ensure that staff are trained to provide excellent customer service and handle patient interactions effectively.
• Manage the pharmacy’s budget, including overseeing financial transactions, controlling expenses, and maximizing profitability.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse financial reports, and develop strategies to improve financial outcomes.
