• Assist pharmacists in preparing, packaging, and labeling medications for patients.
• Count, measure, or mix medications as directed by the pharmacist.
• Greet and assist customers with inquiries, whether related to prescription medications or over-the-counter products.
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer requests promptly.
• Verify and process prescription information, ensuring accuracy in patient records.
• Assist with entering prescription data into the pharmacy management system.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to confirm prescription details if necessary.
• Assist in ordering, receiving, and stocking medications and other products.
• Check for expired medications and ensure that all products are stored according to safety and regulatory guidelines.
