Your Role as a Pharmacy Assistant
As a valued member of our team, you will:
Deliver warm, professional service to every patient.
Accurately verify, interpret, and input prescription information.
Prepare, package, and dispense medications with precision.
Utilize Kroll Pharmacy Software for data entry and third-party adjudication.
Manage prescription orders, handle pickups, and respond to inquiries.
Maintain and clean the Robot Count Assist automated dispensing system.
Support inventory and product ordering processes.
Collaborate with pharmacists and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Perform other duties as assigned by the pharmacy owner or on-duty pharmacist.
What You Bring to the Team
Minimum 3 years of Canadian community pharmacy experience (required)
Experience with Kroll/Telus Pharmacy Software (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
A team player with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
Fluent in English; French is an asset
