• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in non-IT recruitment.
• Proven experience in bulk hiring and managing recruitment drives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
