Pharma Commercial Analytics Leader
As a Sales Operations Incentive Compensation Director, you will be responsible for driving sales performance through strategic planning and execution. You will lead projects related to oncology/rare disease incentive compensation design and operations, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to develop and design compensation strategies and plans.
Key responsibilities will include providing analytical support in SalesForce alignment, call planning/targeting, and incentive compensation, as well as utilizing programming and software to develop processes supporting IC and call planning.
About You:
You will have a proven track record of designing and implementing incentive compensation strategies that drive sales performance. You will also have extensive experience in Incentive Compensation Design Operations, with a focus on oncology/rare disease. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, and at least 7 years of business experience in analytics, particularly within pharmaceutical commercial analytics, are required.
