Profile: Personal Assistant to MD

Pay Grade: Negotiable 25k to 35k

Location: Sector 63, Noida

Reporting Person: Chief Managing Director

Note: - Immediate joiner(within 2-3 days)

Responsibilities:
• Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager /executive
• Taking action point and writing minutes
• Expert in Drafting.
• Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
• Typing compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence implementing and maintaining procedures
• Collating and filling expenses
• Answering calls and liaising with clients competently
• Scheduling meetings on behalf of CMD.
• Informing all the directors of sister Companies about any updates as required by CMD
• Drafting mails for different purposes on the spot as ordered by the CMD.

Requirements:
• Must be a female graduate with minimum 1 yr. of experience.
• Fluent in English and 30 wpm. typing speed required.
• Excellent communication skills with pleasant personality.
• Must be Post graduate or graduate.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
