Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, located in Vadodara. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing the Managing Director's schedule, organizing meetings, and handling communications. Additional tasks include coordinating travel arrangements, preparing reports, and providing administrative support. The role also involves liaising with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining records, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Experience in administrative support and office management
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as Personal Assistant or Secretary are a plus
• Experience working in a corporate environment is preferred
