Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage the CEO/MD’s calendar, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
Maintain and organize confidential files and records.
Meeting Coordination:
Schedule and set up meetings, ensuring all required materials are prepared.
Take detailed meeting minutes and follow up on action points.
Communication Management:
Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence for the CEO/MD.
Act as the point of contact between the CEO/MD and internal/external stakeholders.
Project Support:
Assist in research, project coordination, and report preparation for ongoing and upcoming initiatives.
Track progress on key tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
Event Management:
Organize company events, media engagements, and networking opportunities for the CEO/MD.
Coordinate with external vendors and partners for event logistics.
Personal Assistance:
Handle personal errands and tasks as required by the CEO/MD.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in all matters.
General Office Support:
Work closely with other departments to streamline processes and ensure the CEO/MD is well-supported.
Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors as needed.
