Location: Manchester – 2 days per week at Manchester Airport (Mon Thurs)
Contract: 6 months FTC

What’s the role?
We’re looking for a commercially savvy People Partner to join us on a 6-month journey – one that’s all about transformation, integration, and growth.
With a number of high-impact projects underway – including MA activity, global integration, and a rapid growth strategy – this role is all about making things happen, fast. You’ll step into a space with minimal central support, multiple stakeholders, and lots of moving parts – so we need someone who thrives in pace, ambiguity, and complexity.
You’ll be working across up to four workstreams covering transformation, structure, and integration – and you’ll be instrumental in shaping how people and culture evolve during this next phase. It’s a chance to truly hit the ground running and help drive meaningful change at CAVU.
About You:
• You’ve led or supported business transformation projects, ideally in fast-paced environments
• MA integration experience is a huge bonus
• You're happy to create structure where none exists, but comfortable working with existing red tape and complexities that come with being part of an Airport group.
• You know how to challenge constructively – with experience managing difficult messaging and communication
• You thrive in cross-functional, diverse teams – and know how to get the best out of people
• You’re pragmatic, not precious – someone who believes in progress over perfection
