- Be able to create Chocolate Decorations and know how to Temper chocolate.
- Baking / Layering/ Decorating fancy cakes with buttercream and fondant .
-Be able to understand orders and take responsibility and complete in one go.
-Required minimum of 1 year work experience in pastry section.
