About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Work on dry cakes and desserts 2. Prepare wide varieties of goods, such as cookies, pies, tarts, bread, macaroons, muffins, etc. 3. Monitor stocks/ inventory and make appropriate orders timely 4. Check the quality of material and condition of equipment and devices 5. Manage bakery on a day to day basis 6. Ensure availability of raw materials 7. Maintain cleanliness hygiene 8.
